Marina Bay

Marina Bay is the name of a complex of 10 houses built on the banks of the Giscle, the river that separates Port Cogolin from Port Grimaud. The villa is located near Grimaud and Saint-Tropez, on the French Riviera.

You can access the complex with your own boat and moor it (provided it passes under the bridge – approximately 3 meters high).

A swimming pool is shared by the ten houses and is maintained by a specialized company. Only 3 houses are available for rent, so occupancy is limited. The other houses are private residences.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a large open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, 4 televisions, and air conditioning. Secure parking is also available. A large private terrace provides direct access to the docks overlooking the Giscle. Private parking with an electric gate is also available.

The house is available for weekend or week-long rentals. Longer stays are also possible.

The house is ideal for 4 people; a 5th child is welcome.
